DECK OVEN

You also need to decide whether you want a single-deck or multi-deck oven. Single-deck ovens are smaller and less expensive than multi-deck ovens, but they can only accommodate one baking sheet at a time. Multi-deck ovens are larger and more expensive, but they can accommodate multiple baking sheets, which is ideal if you have a high volume of baking to do.
